The bank has the worst service of any institution I have ever dealt with. Just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to understand why they would put a 3 day hold on my pension check which comes every month from a Fortune 500 company. This is not the first time I have had an issue with their holds. When I opened my account with a BANK CHECK they put a 9 day hold on my account and never told me. I had no access to my own money for 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this bank they are awful and it’s impossible to reach them ... read more
Waiting 10 days for new debit card. Went to Manchester office - closest branch is 40 minute drive - their machine was down - had to request one to be mailed. Now 10 days out, still no new card, no access to cash. Called the credit union - on hold 30 minutes - no one picked up.
