So I don't normally make Google reviews my experience at this DMV Express was fantastic. Carlos was kind professional and courteous. he had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. he not only did his job amazingly he did it as the only employee working there that day and he did it was a smile.

So far most of my actual experiences with the representatives have been positive. However, having only a general number to call and not being able to speak to anyone at the branch, is quite problematic. I was told that an appointment was not necessary to transfer retirement accounts to Nutmeg from 2 different trustees and that there would be someone who could handle it. Wow, what a horrid experience. Came to get my real id and they were completely hostile immediately. The woman with the grey hair in a ponytail was completely rude and aggressive to my mother and I, and ripped up one of my mother’s documents into little tiny pieces in front of my eyes because it was the wrong size paper. They also insinuated i was "dumb" for not knowing the status of his id. I've never really felt threatened by strangers, but the way this person talked to me was so rude and nasty. I don’t like coming to this branch , I have to however because it’s convenient. Love the credit union itself but this particular Branch the employees are extremely rude.

Call ahead and the reps there will have what you need waiting for your arrival. Response time is very quick and informative. Mobile software could use some upgrading. Branch hours, recommend an early opening day at-least once during the week, like on a Monday. You can literally get everything you need here, loans, insurance (auto, gap, life, renters, etc.), checking/savings. A ton of different savings plans!!!
