I don’t like coming to this branch , I have to however because it’s convenient. Love the credit union itself but this particular Branch the employees are extremely rude.
So I don't normally make Google reviews my experience at this DMV Express was fantastic. Carlos was kind professional and courteous. he had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. he not only did his job amazingly he did it as the only employee working there that day and he did it was a smile.
So far most of my actual experiences with the representatives have been positive. However, having only a general number to call and not being able to speak to anyone at the branch, is quite problematic. I was told that an appointment was not necessary to transfer retirement accounts to Nutmeg from 2 different trustees and that there would be someone who could handle it.
