So far most of my actual experiences with the representatives have been positive. However, having only a general number to call and not being able to speak to anyone at the branch, is quite problematic. I was told that an appointment was not necessary to transfer retirement accounts to Nutmeg from 2 different trustees and that there would be someone who could handle it. Love this credit union friendly staff and fast service … never have an issue
Wow, what a horrid experience. Came to get my real id and they were completely hostile immediately. The woman with the grey hair in a ponytail was completely rude and aggressive to my mother and I, and ripped up one of my mother’s documents into little tiny pieces in front of my eyes because it was the wrong size paper. They also insinuated i was "dumb" for not knowing the status of his id. I've never really felt threatened by strangers, but the way this person talked to me was so rude and nasty. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Actually, the lack of customer service is mind-boggling!!!
I will never bank with them again there no one that doesn’t respond to phones calls and when they do after holding on for an hour customer services is terrible when you try to explain to them about holding on for an hour or so they brush it off I’ve already took my money elsewhere terrible
