In the past, I did business with this bank. Not a good experience. This bank is very shady. One of the things is if you do not pay your card bill on time they take it from your bank account. It occurred once, but never again. I'm so glad it's part of my past.
This is the absolute worst bank to ever do business with…my car loan this through them I make my payments on time they take the money out of My account once I make the payment in which generally happens and they are hitting my credit report with delinquent remarks saying I’m over 30 days past due!!!! Then they call me and tell me I’m 42 days past due I am absolutely beside myself as I make my car payments on time every single month. My credit score has gone down 200 points as not make keeps reporting me delinquent.. I called... read more

Worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Loan payments set to be made early; pulls from other bank on day I set payment; processes at Nutmeg 3-7 days later and charges interest the whole time. My money had been in limbo for 3-7 days every month while no longer in my possession. They have even taken double payments because their system was messed up. They did not refund the payment.
