Not sure why all the bad reviews. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. I also appreciate the armed security guard for safety. Did not have to wait in line and there was plenty of parking. I went in for cash, and I got cash, perfect!
Holding my money from me for 3 days is not cool. Leave this bank and go to wells Fargo immediately
This 1 star review refers to my frustration with the ATM CU Anytime at the south side drive-thru. That particular ATM notified it would charge $3.24 for a small withdrawal! How disappointing! I shall assume that local NuSenda does configure *that particular* ATM. HOW DISAPPOINTING!!
I made an appointment with Mr. ARMIJO, investmet advisor. When I arrived. The entire investment staff was out. I was told I would be called and could not have a phone number to the investment department. I was told that the call center made the appointment in error. Several phone calls later, I still had no contact number or appointment. I have been a member since 1971 and am highly disappointed in this poor service
I have been with Nusenda for decades. I have had very few issues and they are all resolved quickly and professionally. This week was no different. I went into the Juan Tabo branch to get some documents from my safe deposit box. Richard was assisting me. (I could spend the rest of this review about Richard. He is wonderful, very helpful and efficient. I wish he was a family member so I could see him on birthdays, holidays, etc. I love him that much!). My box was jammed.
