My wife came in and had a disappointing experience. The owner is very unprofessional, and does not seem to care about this place. Communication was poor, and the service did not match what was advertised or expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on her visit, although the young girl working the reception desk was amazing, she needs a raise or something to put up with the owner.
Horrible experience and this place ruined my husbands 40th birthday present. I scheduled a couples massage through Groupon and upon arriving was told they scheduled incorrectly and that they would not be able to do it. I called weeks ago to schedule this and get all the details worked out. They mad an error annd only had an opening for one massage because the receptionist incorrectly scheduled. I was so upset and they didn’t offer to make it right in any way shape or form. My poor husband didn’t even get his birthday present... read more
