Working with MaryHelen through my postpartum healing has been so helpful. Her compassion and expertise as a pelvic floor therapist helped me reconnect with my body after an unplanned c-section, and her comprehensive approach made me feel understood and validated in a way that I hadn’t felt during my postpartum prior to working with her. MaryHelen was fantastic to work with in the last few weeks of my pregnancy. I began working with her to ensure optimal positioning for baby and that my body was in the best place possible to give birth. She is so educated and well versed in all things pelvic floor, I highly recommend MaryHelen to all pregnant women and for postpartum! She helped me come up with a game plan postpartum to ensure I was in the best spot to rebuild my strength.
