This was my first time trying reiki. After searching for alternative ways to help support my body and mind, I found Nurtured Roots and haven’t looked back. Jennifer has a unique ability to make you feel comfortable and important while supporting your growth and healing. I’ve worked with Jennifer for over three years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her! She designs such thoughtful events that really help you look inward. Her one-on-one sessions are just as special. Jennifer has this amazing, natural gift for making you feel completely heard without any of the awkwardness that sometimes comes with vulnerable conversations. I genuinely appreciate her and highly recommend all of her classes and sessions.
