I participated in Jenn’s Yoga Nidra Zoom session, and it was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to experience it from the comfort of my own home, simply lying in my bed & completely relaxing. Jenn’s voice is truly magical & made it so easy to let go, unwind, and fully relax. It was such a great experience. Another amazing experience with Nurtured Roots! 💚
I have attended several of Jennifer’s offerings at Nurtured Roots. I love her monthly women’s meetings where we gather in her space to talk, reflect, and do some restorative yoga while receiving some energy from her. I also participate in her online women’s circle which connects me with other women to talk about ways to practice mindfulness and other topics like self love/acceptance. Her one-on-one sessions are just as special.
