I have recently had solution focused hypnotherapy with Bree, initially to manage feeling of anxiety that I believe was related to perimenopause and then to help with weight loss. Bree is very patient and She makes the session relaxing and enjoyable. I had very quick results with managing the anxiety. Amazing experience with Bree, I had a pregnancy massage and reflexology and it was so relaxing! I felt at ease as soon as I met her, and it was clear she was highly experienced. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
Highly recommend Bree and Nurture You, Sheffield . Bree is extremely experienced and professional, and puts you at ease immediately in calm, relaxing surroundings. I have seen her in the past for reflexology and massage for pain but more recently have undergone a course of solution focused hypnotherapy which has been life changing for me , the results have been more than I could ever have hoped for, and U would highly recommend this treatment to others . I’ve recently had some hypnotherapy sessions with Bree. I can honestly it has been incredible… I was a-bit unsure when I started as to whether this would work for me or not.. I can 100% say it has it’s helped me so much with my anxiety and my confidence… I always recommend Bree to everyone I meet, she’s incredible at her Job and she’s one of the nicest people I have ever met..
Had Bree for a while now but recently she squeezed me in after waking up one day with a lot of pain and discomfort. Quickly sorted and the next day back comfortably on my feet. Absolute life saver
