Wonderful atmosphere with an amazing owner . Great place to have a work out and/or relaxing meditation and yoga.
A bit hard to find but a great place for Yoga and many other wellness classes and activities. It's the white house at the corner of Town Creek and Silver Bluff set in a bit from the road. Best to enter off Town Creek but there is an unmarked entrance off Silver Bluff.
