I went to several pregnancy massage places during my pregnancy (this is my first pregnancy)- bump day spa, yummy mummy to name a few and I can say without a doubt Adele was by far the best. She knows exactly the points to massage, great pressure, the massage table and pillow support makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and you also leave feeling very connected to the bub- which I didn’t get from other places I went too. Highly recommend !

I went to Adele for a nurturing and healing massage which included some womb healing. I sadly had a miscarriage a few weeks prior so felt I needed to go and see her. I have been having massages with Adele for years, as well as during my entire first pregnancy. She gives the most magical massage and the womb healing she did on this occasion was just incredible.
