I have been a personal care aide for nurse next door for 3 months now and I have never been happier with a job. My supervisor, (Alexis) is fantastic and works just as much with the client, as she does for the staff, and it is truly appreciated. The happier aging process is fantastic and gives an amazing quality of life to those who really need it. With family support that I have never seen before in a seniors situation. From the first contact working with Alexis developing my very comprehensive post surgery care plan to the daily care from my LPN Melitta I was treated with professionally and caring. I believe because of the Nurse Next Door staff my recovery time was shortened and my return to being able to do my daily activities was very successful. Thank you Nurse Next Door.
