Our nurse next door provides very reliable and professional support on a daily basis. We are so happy to have our fabulous and dedicated nurses and only few staff changes. Apart from the general nursing duties, they also help us with physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy on a daily basis. On top of that, we have so much fun together.
I hired a companion from the Nurse Next Door for my mom. I live in Calgary and my mom is in Summerland and every time I visited her, it was so apparent to me how lonely she must be in the evenings when nobody is around to keep her company. The companions my mom has are amazing. My mom loves their visits and looks forward to them coming. This gives me such "peace of mind" when I am so far away from her. I would highly recommend The Nurse Next Door if you are looking for a companion for your loved one.
I have used the services of Nurse Next Door after medical emergencies on four occasions in recent years. Alexis has been responsive and helpful in each instance. In each case I have had a care giver for two four hour visits per week over several months during my convalescence. The in-home care givers have been adaptable intelligent and well motivated, a pleasure to have in my home. I have come to regard Nurse Next Door as an essential adjunct to our health care system.
