NND has truly been a blessing for us. We live almost an hour away from our family member who needs to make weekly visits to his Doctor. I was concerned, at first, about letting just anyone escort a loved one to places they needed to go. After hearing so many good reports about them, l felt more comfortable with him being in their care. The reports that received from NND were well detailed with the information I needed, especially how he was doing. Then I learned it's because they have someone that needs similar care.

I had a great experience with this company. Their level of care and assistance were very valuable to me. But during my experience, it became evident to me how valuable their medical background and knowledge of the industry was for me and could be for anyone, young or old, needing to navigate a complicated hospital visit or medical procedure.

Full disclosure: I am related to the owners. But our story: we made a family decision to bring our mother home for her last months. Something which we could not have done without the near daily support of the hard working, good humored, well educated care of those caregivers. Who taught me how to provide personal care in their absence, who sustained me with their presence. Surprised me by how much I came to rely on them to get me through.
