Excellent place to work!
There has been a change in the management team and they are lacking. I have been told not all their care aid have been licensed/trained as advertised. We have had some arrive with no idea what to do. And one just didn't show up and with no notice or explanation given.
Nurse was VERY EFFICIENT and PLEASANT! However. since WE ARE IN CANADA, a favour is FAVOUR; not ''favor''!
they were very accommodating and willing to work with our dynamic environment at home which was quite challenging and complicated for a care provider to walk into.
it is excellent place to work! Great working environment; flexible hours, friendly co-worker and highly professional and kind boss. Everything what you looking for when you looking for job. Home care service allow people to stay at home, and Nurse Next Door not only provide necessary care, but enhance quality of life. This job give me meaning of my life, add value to my everyday existence and elevate my self esteem.
