Poor communication, high turnover, cancel of shift with no replacements, do not recommend.
We recently brought an older family member back from the hospital to get him into home into end of life hospice care. We needed someone 24 hours a day outside of the hospice personnel and Nurse Next Door pretty much saved the day. We needed someone asap and it was also a holiday weekend but the owner and his team coordinated a schedule and plan for us and got us all lined up.
