Rude—just plain rude. A woman with a light complexion and green eyes greeted me upon my arrival, and her demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional. The interaction immediately left a bad impression, and I decided I would not return. Customer service and professionalism matter, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. At the beginning he seemed professional and knowledgeable, but that quickly changed. Instead of properly handling my case, he gave me the discovery documents and expected me to review and revise them myself. He even had my older daughter help prepare statements, which felt completely inappropriate.
