Could not get an appointment in the main clinic for my 18-month-old son. They insisted on respiratory clinic appointment for ongoing chest problem despite negative COVID tests. Even the doctors in the resp clinic said that we should have been seen in the main clinic. After several appointments, we had to take our son elsewhere. The care during the appointments was shocking. No effort to build rapport with my toddler to make him feel comfortable. Avoid at all costs.
