I experienced Anabel's practice twice already and it systematically leaves me with a super aligned and high energy the following days. I notice many adjustments after the sessions and to those who are not yet sure, I do recommend to experience it at least once to see how it feels and what it could bring you. For sure, a very reflective moment, a bubble in time that Anabel makes sure to protect and make you feel so comfortable, leaving you with a lasting sensation of an inner smile
