Anabel made me comfortable as soon as I entered her Reiki space. She has a warm welcoming calmness about her and is very good at explaining what the session reveals about my energy - things I could reflect on. I was very relaxed at the end of my session!
Anabel is an excellent practitioner. She is warm, attentive and very clear in her instructions. From the moment she started working on my the heavy feeling in my chest lifted to light. It was wonderful.
Anabel is extremely talented. She really took the time to review what I had shared on my intake form online and also spent a lot of time w/ me prior to the session to understand what I wanted to focus on. She has a very kind, warm, and welcoming energy and does not rush you at all throughout the experience. She customizes the session based on what your needs are. The space is super clean, comfortable, and quiet. I'm definitely going back for additional sessions.
