Anabel was so kind and caring. She listened to my concerns and was able to find some stuck emotions that needed attention, with her caring guidance, we were able to shift the heart chakra. I felt much more grounded and balanced after the session
Anabel is wonderful. So far I have had a birth chart reading and 2 quantum reiki sessions. I have also been enjoying her podcast and meditations as multilayered support through my journey. Annabel’s calming presence has such a soothing effect and she brings a sense of ease to the healing process. I feel lighter, more capable, and more alive through her care.
