Called with serious and sudden chair problem...a safety issue that needed to be addressed ASAP! Was told they could not come take care of it for 6 days.....Stay clear of this place...nothing but issues from day 1!
Never again! Poor communication and staff is not knowledgeable. We now have a chair that is inappropriate and a safety issue.

Numotion is a very helpful company that cares about their clients and their mobility equipment. I was able to easily get an appointment quickly and easily over the phone. They were very flexible with scheduling an appointment for my repairs and were able to make one in only a couple days. The technician who serviced my equipment was very friendly and was helpful in explaining what needed to be done in a way that I was able to understand.
