Tech never fixed the loud clicky s sound that my wheelchair has started making he says that it is nothing that everything looks good but yet the chair should not be making that sound it's not normal it never did it when I first got the chair and also when he changed my Caster wheel covers he said he would have to lay my chair on its side on the floor rather than and I asked him don't you have a jack where you Jack the chair up and he said no so he lays my chair completely on the floor which I did not like because it's a new ... read more

Eccellent experiance all around!!! My only problem was Workmans Comp., & Doctors' Lack of interest in filling out the paperwork!!!
