I spoke with them more than 2 weeks ago for new wheelchair tires. They haven't even began to process it yet today I was told. Always always something with this company. They will make excuses non stop. I will not be using them again after today. Deplorable is a word coming to mind.
This company has dropped the ball many times on my son's electric chair. The battery only last a year and then needs to be replaced, which will take a solid two months IF you call in to check on the service status. Leaving my son with no way to get around. They have actually given away his battery we were waiting on so we had to order another one, waiting longer. They do absolutely nothing to resolve it, ever. Mostly just blame one another. They have now also outsourced (outside of America) so it's hard to understand the rep... read more
Takes weeks to get parts ordered and tech. Orders wrong part so you have to wait weeks again and if you call to complain service techs hang up on you.....way to go Numotion great looking out for disabled people
