This company has dropped the ball many times on my son's electric chair. The battery only last a year and then needs to be replaced, which will take a solid two months IF you call in to check on the service status. Leaving my son with no way to get around. They have actually given away his battery we were waiting on so we had to order another one, waiting longer. They do absolutely nothing to resolve it, ever. Mostly just blame one another. Takes weeks to get parts ordered and tech. Orders wrong part so you have to wait weeks again and if you call to complain service techs hang up on you.....way to go Numotion great looking out for disabled people

At first meeting the two people who talked with me about getting a motorized wheelchair were great. That was back in May/June. I had to call constantly after this to see where we were in getting me a chair but it was sent through multiple times by my doctor’s office and I kept telling them my insurance was going to end soon please let’s get to the next step but here we are in October and obviously the insurance isn’t in effect anymore, it ended in September and now I’m stuck without aid and have no way of getting this resolv... read more
