I was quite comfortable through the whole experience. My questions were answered and I was happy with getting to choose the color I wanted. Wonderful company to have this experience with.
Only place to go to get things done right on your wheelchair.
Numotion in Scott City, Missouri is always willing to help their Clients and they did not disappoint this time.
We brought his wheelchair in for the second time to get fixed and it took over three months. The first time it did take three months, and they didn't even give him a loaner. The second time we went to pick up his chair, after three months, the receptionist noticed something wrong and it still had to be fixed, then they finally gave him a loaner. They had his wheelchair an extra month and a half. When he got it they delivered it. The people who work there are very nice.
