Unfortunate terible customer support and product. I’ve waited to get this wheelchair for 8 months due to communication to my doctors. When the chair was deliver there were multiple things wrong with it. Was put together crooked on the backrest 3/4 inch out. It took my own analysis to discover this on my own. The cushion was one and a half inches too wide and too long and not even the one that I ordered for the chair. I got a 2 inch thick cushion that I did not order.
