This place is very negligent!!! I have waited for years to get my brain damaged daughter a new wheelchair. They do not return phone calls nor follow up with clients!!! My daughter has bad scoliosis and getting worse due to not having a proper wheelchair to fit her needs!!! My daughter dr as well as other medical staff have tried numerous times month after month to contact these people and nothing. Chuck alone with another worker came out in May of this year to do a fitting for another wheelchair. This was just an act to writ... read more

Nu motion does not care that they sell you an incorrectly measured product, and they do not handle customer service issues. The push ring on the chair they sold me are too close to the tire. It rubs the skin off to the bone in your hands and they do nothing to fix the issue. Chuck Fontenot the salesman just plays games about it along with the national care service which send the same people to try and fix the issue they wont fix.
