Very poor customer service. The new wheelchair my husband received has not worked properly since we got it. The repair technicians have had the machine at least half the time we have had it. The repair technicians have "fixed" the chair at least four (4) times and it is still not working right. And it takes months to get an appointment to fix it. This is a new wheelchair! I just got my new wheelchair from them and receive excellent service, they did my upgrades on my wheelchair and now everything is working really good for me I really appreciate their service
I met Numotion technician Daniil for the first time today. He was prompt to arrive, and very courteous and professional making all the changes in a timely fashion. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up my chair when he was done. Nice job Daniil and thanks again!
We are not yet out of the 60 day warranty period so I am sure we will have our share of one star stories as we wait our 5 years for a new chair. But I wanted to post a review to say that Daniil, the technician who handles house calls during the initial warranty, is fantastic. Not only is he kind and personable, his devotion to his work is clearly noticed because of the attention to detail and willingness to work with every component and adjustment we asked about.
