Yes, they are the second best coin grader. I joined NGC and I really don't like submitting coins to them though because the turn around time is a lot longer than what you're told. I've sent them coins three times and am told it takes twenty work days. However, from the time they are sent until I receive them, it's about sixty days. Return shipping costs a lot too. I've had better luck with PCGS.
