Anthony helped us on the phone today and he helped with our overcharge fees. There was an automatic payment coming out, and it didn’t get cancelled in time. So Anthony refunded us back our overdraft fee and was very quick and explained the situation to us, to help us in the future!
Staff is always friendly and very helpful!
