My husband and I came to Numerica CU at Wandermere to sign papers. We were greeted very nicely and quickly. We had to wait a few minutes for our loan officer, 2 employees came and offered us water, asked if we needed anything and were so pleasant. We are happy we bank with Numerica and especially this branch. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, bustling and friendly !! Thank you Wandermere Numerica for great service!!!
I've been a member for almost 20 years they have been very good over the years
I gotta say for the most part being an experienced bankee; don't have too much to complain about with Customer Service. only one loan or whatever you call them representative that has an office that sits down and goes over car loans and such was just very Generic did not listen when you said I'm not gonna do these things and how to run you through the 123 ABC of you know loaning.
