Numerica made me homeless due to their negligence regarding the refinancing of a reverse mortgage. I went from living the American Dream to living the American Nightmare in a matter of four days. I have lost everything. I've been living in my car the last four months. None of this would have happened if I had went with a more competent financial institution. In the branch they claim they offer personal service, but when you apply online for a loan, no human looks at it. Just like a big bank you’re a credit score or nothing else. PF1 (Potlach CU) 2.0
My husband and I came to Numerica CU at Wandermere to sign papers. We were greeted very nicely and quickly. We had to wait a few minutes for our loan officer, 2 employees came and offered us water, asked if we needed anything and were so pleasant. We are happy we bank with Numerica and especially this branch. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, bustling and friendly !! Thank you Wandermere Numerica for great service!!!
