I had fraudulent activity on my debit card. Numerica reached out via text to ask me about these charges which I declared fraudulent. I went into the branch that day to get a new card. The next day numerica allowed these charges to process. When I called I was told I would have to go back into the branch to dispute the charges I have already disputed. Coming home from casino last night/early this morning I was like let's swing by and stick my winnings in my account. Cash through the atm, atm took my money spit my card out and then rebooted. No money came back out and none was deposited into my account and it wasn't a small amount. Your customer serive number was no help. May have to switch banks, I want my money.
I have been a member of NCU for 16 yrs and they are slowly but surely becoming a banking system that is not working for me anymore. They changes their policies, their agreements that they make with you to benefit only themselves. It is maybe time to seek out another credit union because I don't like banks.
