I googled hours at 8:30, said it opened at 9 and would be open til 1. Sitting here in the parking lot at 10:47 and it’s a ghost town!:( Also, I may add that for nearly a decade was Depositing my brothers as check monthly. Then all of a sudden, the atm would not except the check. I know have to take it in and do My transactions inside. I never got a straight answer as to why this happened. Alll they suggested was to do auto deposit. Not good!
The employees at this branch of Numerica are all awesome. They go above and beyond.
No issues with people at any specific branches, interactions there have been great. My issue is numerica continuing to put blocks on my credit card, I call the automated line and approve the charges I tried to make and it sends me to still speak with an "associate". Unfortunately their associates speak broken English and I can only understand every third word. Been with numerica for over 3 decades when it was called Spokane railway credit union, only thing that's keeping me there is the fact my checks are direct deposited to... read more
