No issues with people at any specific branches, interactions there have been great. My issue is numerica continuing to put blocks on my credit card, I call the automated line and approve the charges I tried to make and it sends me to still speak with an "associate". Unfortunately their associates speak broken English and I can only understand every third word. I just love ❤️ the lady's at the U city branch, they are kind and really treat you with genuine concern

I really like this location because you can do your dinner shopping and banking all in one place.
That is my bank their customer service is amazing, very friendly, and the line goes fast. I've been to other branches like the one on Sullivan, and the people there are just rude. I try to avoid that branch.
