These ladies are amazing! Needed to open an account to get our building loan. Was a little confusing because had already been started but not finished. They were kind, helpful, nothing bad to say about other employee who didn't complete the process previously. Then, when received email regarding building loan they went out of their way to help us get it taken care of quickly. Couldn't be more pleased!

Go overdraft by $1 and its a $30 "courtesy" fee. They tried charging it twice too.
The courtesy fee policy is misleading.
