I've never heard of a more disgusting company. Not personally but a community member who became homeless due to this companies negligence on filing the paper work for reverse mortgage that was needed. The house was a house for habitat the lady lived there for 11 years so she became able to do a reverse mortgage but she passed and everything in the house and the house was torn away while the person had all the documents together given to numerica and numerica didn't fulfill their side. The bank made me jump through a lot of hoops and told me I would get the result I wanted if I provided the documents they requested, but that didn't happen. I cannot recommend this bank for any banking needs, as abrupt changes to account access can undermine financial health and well-being.
This is the worst Numerica branch in the Pacific Northwest. Because of this branch, I’m going to close my accounts and move them to another bank so tired of the crappy service at the regal branch.
i didn't realize this location didn't have an automatic counter for coins, felt so nervous going through with hand counting anyways but Sage was so sweet and dissolved any tension right away. They were very friendly and efficient, I'm excited to return here whenever my next bank trip is needed
