I was interested in becoming a member and applying for a loan, but the staff I spoke with seemed unfamiliar with their own lending guidelines. It led to confusion and inconsistent information. It’s disappointing, especially for a credit union that promotes personalized service. I hope they address this with better training.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their staff is extremely rude and definitely racial profiling. Take your money elsewhere. A bank where the staff is actual nice and respectful.
Teller 2144 at the Hayden branch is very rude and she has an attitude problem. I have dealt with her four or five times and every time she is very rude and not friendly So needless to say, I will not be using that branch anymore. I’ll go to the Coeur d’Alene one.
