Stop in to us coin machine and it was out of order. But then they tried to fix the paper so I could use it. They where not able to so they looked to see if the other stores machine where working. Have been recommending them for decades
I was interested in becoming a member and applying for a loan, but the staff I spoke with seemed unfamiliar with their own lending guidelines. It led to confusion and inconsistent information. It’s disappointing, especially for a credit union that promotes personalized service. I hope they address this with better training.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their staff is extremely rude and definitely racial profiling. Take your money elsewhere. A bank where the staff is actual nice and respectful.
