It surprises me that there are any reviews under 4 stars for numerica. I have had nothing but good interactions with them and I am going on 7 years of holding an account with them. Jose has been especially helpful with me trying to refinance my auto loan
Very unprofessional. Was hung up on by a lead member named Yurizanah...she was unhelpful and wouldn't working with me on paying off the rest of my loan, which I only owed 2k left on.... I'm no longer a customer to Numerica, you guys are shady and very unprofessional. No wonder you guys are losing customers.
Numerica is by far the best Credit union/Bank out there. All their employees are friendly and understanding. Natalie N is great help and my go to bank lady!
