I don't leave many reviews, however I really appreciate how convenient the downtown branch team made updating my accounts this week. I haven't had that experience at every location. I appreciate Julia for making the process smooth and simple. Thank you for helping me change my name and update my card. I was worried it was going to take longer than my lunch break, however you did it quickly, made me feel valued, and allowed me still the go visit my husband. Thank you!

Jacob, and the whole staff at Numerica took amazing care of my time and needs. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am, you just need to go in and see for yourself.
Had to close accounts because they made my secured credit card UNSECURED with no warning dropped my credit score by 50 pts. Came in to get checks Representative Jacob Hall asked me if I wanted to transfer money to my credit card and then told me that “my money is theirs now and the card is no longer secured. So you better take care of your credit.” What on earth ?? I didn’t put 400 dollars to this card for you guys to now claim it as yours ?! Disgusting not recommending Numerica to anyone.
