If you're looking for a CU because you hate the predatory practices of big banks, then you've come to the wrong place. Numerica is a big bank dressed up as a credit union. Their fee schedules are certainly sufficient to support a higher level of service but you won't get that here. If you're not committed to the Spokane region forever, I suggest you reconsider moving your primary banking activities to numerica. It surprises me that there are any reviews under 4 stars for numerica. I have had nothing but good interactions with them and I am going on 7 years of holding an account with them. Jose has been especially helpful with me trying to refinance my auto loan
