Extremely user unfriendly website. Very unresponsive and uncommunicative
Helicoptering and over reaching of my account are frustrating. This is the smallest of 3 accounts that I have in various places, but due to their sloppy fraud alert practices, it takes the most time I'm very read to leave Numerica.
Told me "I shouldn't wear all black to a bank" like I was going to rob the place
Had a business relationship that ended horribly. I fell into hard personal times like usual and had no business for the year. These guys charged me for not having transactions on my account, took the money I had in there and closed my account. They said it would be under review whether it would be re-opened or not. I said my God...forget it. What a hassle. Feels nice getting kicked when you're down. Thanks Numerica
Been a member at Numerica since the mid-1990's when it was still Spokane Railway CU. I also worked there for 10 years in a supervisory and management capacity, so believe me when I tell you, the place seems to be going down hill fast lately. Can't ever seem to get a person on the phone through the call center and end up having to physically go into a branch to get even the simplest of transactions handled.
