My experience with Nume has been wonderful. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and so supportive with reviewing my meal plans and the regular check-ins with Aliesha have kept me on track and reaching my goals. I’ve lost 11kg so far and it’s the best decision I’ve made for myself since having my child. I highly recommend the Nume program, I’m glad I chose the 6-months program for the genetic testing as the results have been an eye opener and how my body reacts to food! Very happy!

I was really excited to leave a review today but felt upset when I read some of criticisms because the Nume team has been nothing but amazing and genuinely care. This is more than I got at Mosh or Juniper. I've lost 21kg, yes at the start it was slow but I have a thyroid condition and they totally understood this. Would not recommend. For the amount of money you pay, the product and service is far from what you expect. The fortnightly check-ins are constant, however when you voice your concerns, nothing is done about them. Medication isn't increased and its another 2 weeks of riding the Plateau. I've sent numerous emails after my program expired again voicing concerns. I got one reply stating that they "Do not guarantee anything." and now its radio silence. It's been 9 months and I'm still here. That's saying a lot for a start. Nume is not just a name it's a team and one that cares. My diet tailored, medication delivered wherever I happen to be. I'm never left feeling like I'm an inconvenience. Just the opposite. Instead I feel so supportive. In a rather transient life the one thing I can count one is that phone call from Tia.
