Theron McCullar, who identifies himself as the “VP of Operations,” was rude, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful. After their driver failed to pick up a scheduled shipment, we requested a reschedule, a standard and reasonable request in logistics. Instead of resolving the issue, he became hostile, began cursing at me, stated that he was “not a babysitter,” and then refused to provide a service that had already been paid for. I hate writing bad reviews, but you guys gotta get yourselves in order. Your company forgot to pick up my order and I had to call you guys to find this out. The guy who picked up apologized and said he has someone who will pick up the next day. I would’ve been perfectly fine with that, but turns out the driver didn’t even show. To make things worse, I called Numark again and find out the Numark rep I talked to the other day didn’t even tell the driver nor his company to pick the already late order up! My company does a substantial amount of LTL shipping with 10-20 carriers carriers nationwide. Within California , Numark is outstanding and hard to beat. They are extremely fast and reliable and always get the freight delivered without complaints, even when there are challenges. Plus their pricing is fair and competitive.

Loading was a good speed. Issues are there isn't a lot of room in the dock area for trucks that are sleeper cabs with 53 foot trailers. Also, the parking line to line in is ridiculous, and lots of guys jump the lines in turn, making everyone wait even longer. They need to post signs out front to stay in order and not allow drivers to cut the lines.
