I just moved into a new home and had to get my forwarding address changed. My insurance for my car changed and I only recently got the notices of being charged a CPI if I do not upload the new insurance declaration page. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — especially when I’m just trying to give them money. & it was literally my FIRST payment! Dealing with NuMark Credit Union to make a simple car loan payment has been a nightmare. Unhelpful staff, poor communication, and zero urgency to assist. If you have any choice at all, do not finance through this company. Save yourself the frustration!
