Do not give these people your money. My spouse and I went to open a joint account an a business account. They rejected our business account but couldn’t tell us why and they were incredibly rude to my spouse. After weeks of waiting for our debit cards and not being granted online access to our joint account, we went in to close our account because we only had bad experiences there and we had no access to our money. I've always had pleasant, and professional experiences, dealing with Numark Credit Union.
Extremely rude customer service over the phone this morning! Person didn't introduce themself, kept cutting me off and talking over me, didn't listen, and didn't help me. Edited to add: I see you asked me to direct message you, but I don't know how to do that.
