i was penalized with a $400 insurance fee for not having the correct coverage on my new vehicle. after realizing i had the wrong type of insurance, i quickly (same day) changed the policy on my insurance and contacted numark immediately to get this resolved. i had to call in 4 separate times to speak to different representatives all about the status of this insurance fee situation. each representative assured me that once i submit proof of new insurance that i would receive a refund for the huge insurance fee on my account. ... read more
