I can’t put into words how super wonderful my experience was with Numark Aurora Branch! Everybody I encountered today were very accommodating. From making a phone call to set up an appointment with Brianda, to introducing me to Esmeralda to help me out with my inquiry for a loan and CD. I am extremely happy with the Manager Marina for helping me out with great options to make better informed decision. Everybody is very professional and helpful. Treated me like a family. I have been using this credit union for over 7 years now and the closest branch to me is 30 minutes away but I would never switch! I love the customer service and a special shoutout to Esmerelda and Bria.
Very unprofessional, I went to open my business account with them mind you I already have three accounts with them and what I did was sat down waited for someone to call me in to an office, there were so many bankers sitting at their office on their computer the teller was just there and didn’t bother to come up to me after a while I had a banker call me into his office and I began to let him know what account I wanted to open he then asked for my IRS docs and proof of my business and also I did tell him I had $ to open the ... read more
