I cannot say enough bad things about this institution - from taking money out of my account on completely random dates to taking money out of my bank account and saying they never took it out. They are ridiculous!!! Run - don't walk away.. i would rather pay higher finance rates than deal with this company ever again

LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE? YOU WONT FIND IT HERE! This place is an absolute pain to deal with! Ridiculously low limit on debIt cards. Trying to make a large payment on a weekend? Forget about it because it will be declined and you CAN NOT REACH A REP ON WEEKENDS, which is Ridiculous! Called on Monday to sort it out, im 10th in the que and been waiting over an hour. I love NuMark and have been a member since before they took over Members Equity but I'm really wondering if I am going to be forced to find a new bank. I don't want to but Zelle has been gone since March and the ATM at the Joliet branch has been down for way too long. They replaced it but it keeps having issues and is coned off all the time. In the past year, I've only been able to find it open ONCE to use and this is not an exaggeration. My husband and kids stopped trying but when it's your local branch, it's frustrating.
