Love you numark, any issues I had was resolved in a timely manner. Now they wouldn't give me a personal, loan. Which was ok🤣. I got it figured out. Most of all. I have no complaints, Thanks numark
NuMark Credit Union over all is a hard credit union to work with. They are slow and behind. I am having complications with my account because they are not able to work with Zelle until August 2025. I wish I never opened an account with this credit union. They are so frustrating. Do not open an account with NuMark you will regret it in the long run!
I have never been so stressed out in my life!! I had to go through 5 representatives to apply for a loan. Lisa never called me back with several messages left. She was chewing food while speaking with me, rude, indifferent and acted like I was wasting her time because the loan I was requesting was minimal. Alexis wasn't much better, and when I finally had a pleasant woman, Angie, she said she would get the loan process started and I would know tomorrow with possibly an underwriter calling me back...Blanca emailed me in the m... read more
Don't waste your time with this place! They are all unprofessional. Not once did I receive a call back when I was told multiple times by multiple staff members I would receive one. It's like you have to hunt them down to get an answer and or their job done. They beat around the bush and take their time for simple requests. You have to call many times to possibly get an answer. If you like a cat and mouse playing game when it comes to your finances this is the place for you. What a joke they are!
