I would give this company 0 stars. I scheduled a pickup, I missed the call when the driver "was on site", called dispatch 6 minutes later and he was rude and told me that he did not even have to call to let us know. He claimed that someone from our company told the driver there was no shipment. I was the only one on site from my company. Our warehouse has over 30 different occupants.
