We had remote control blinds installed about 2 years ago and 2 of the 3 have since experienced malfunctions. When contacted about the blinds malfunctioning, they initially sent a service technician to evaluate in April. We are still waiting for the follow up service to be completed after 5 months. We have contacted them several times. Based on issues with product reliability and slow to non existent repair service I would not recommend Nulook.
Nulook did the blinds for our cottage and we love them so much that we used them for our house as well. The product is amazing, service is great and turn around is phenomenal! I highly recommend using them!
GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET THEM TO COME PICK UP MY ROLLER BLIND AND FIX IT ? IT WOULD. BE A QUICK FIX AS THE WONDERFUL MAN -GORDON FRIZZELL RETIRED HE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY ALONG WITH HIS WIFE PENNY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR CODY & Company FOR ALMOST 4 WEEKS ! SORRY FELLAS BUT IT IS ONWARDS AND UPWARDS FOR ME ? ENUF IS ENUF!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING ……
I had Nulook do all of my blinds at my cottage over a couple of years for a total of 23 blinds! I am over the moon happy with not only the quality of the blinds but the exceptional service. My guests are always asking where I got my blinds and I’m proud to say here on PEI! I highly recommend Ken and his team If you want beautiful lasting blinds for your home or cottage :)
