Improper conduct! Horrible c.s. the manager double dip Visa under various company names had to file dispute to be reimbursed (months later) do not recommend.
I bought a Kinto kettle, distributed by Nüline in the USA, two weeks ago and the package was never delivered. I have been trying to reach them for over a week via phone and email and have yet to hear back or receive any indication that they'll make it right. I can't help but feel they're an unreliable, if not outright shady, business and would not recommend doing business with them over other online retailers.
