This is ridiculous. I have been attempting to get a new ID card as I never received one ORIGINALLY. I was met first with push back and a request to pay for the card. After posting a negative review, I was told that a replacement card would arive at no cost. A month later still no card, so I "blast" them on a google review. I was immediately contacted by a supervisor who was upset that I threatened to "blast" them, however in retrospect, It seems that this is the only recourse to solve my dilemma. Had my appointment on April 29th…still no rec/ID on June 8th. These folks are scammers. They are supposed to provide telemedicine for MMJ patients. They took my money over a working month ago and haven’t provided my paperwork. The registration number they assigned is invalid as well. Doctor didn’t ask any questions. Another company taking advantage of medicinal patients for profit. Their customer service acts like they are going to help then tell you 7-10 days.
