This old shop is going downhill fast. Nuggetbused to be a great glass place but lately the wheels seem to be coming off. Two years ago my experience with them was positive. Back at the beginning of May, I asked the manager Chris how much more for capless glass railing using buttons instead of stantions. His reply was 20-25% more for buttons. The quote was 55% more. I have been working on a skylight insulation and trim problem at our home. We moved almost 2 years ago and the crew at Nugget glass were helpful in suggestions and a supply of trim. We followed the suggestions and were able to determine that whoever installed our skylights (to be clear it was not Nugget glass) did nothing to seal them against drafts nor finished the trim properly.
