I've been going to N&H for many many years and highly recommend them to anyone with a tax related issue. The staff is courteous and professional, always willing to assist in any way they can. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
Called 4 times, left 3 messages and got one call back saying he was about to retire and I’d be hearing from Patrick Bullis. Called 3 more times, left two detailed messages, and no call backs. What’s sad is my family has used them for years and was stayed in the messages. Super unprofessional and just rude to not call back especially to loyalty.
Have been doing my taxes for over 20 years with them with no issues and very quick and knowledgeable with answers to any questions I have.
