Victor has been extremely helpful during the years with therapeutic massages and personalized training. Michelle helped me a lot with Kinesiology and meditation. They are great professionals and fantastic people: love them!
Vic is an experienced personal trainer and massage therapist who uses his extensive knowledge and sports background to adapt exercises and treatments to his clients. I went to Vic to improve my strength and flexibility and reduce the severity of existing injury and pain management. Our PT sessions have greatly helped me increase my strength and overcome the need for regular physio appointments.
We have been in the care of Vic for almost 2 years now. I have been receiving massages for over 30 years and Vic is the best I have ever had, the best masseuse you could ever want. Not only does he take the time and care to give the the treatment that you want, but also offer valuable knowledge and tips about wellness, food and self care.
