I had my first session with Michelle on Friday and we did a nervous system reset and wow, I’ve been on cloud nine ever since! I feel so much calmer, more present and grounded. The difference in how I felt before seeing Michelle compared to now is honestly like night and day. I’m so grateful I found her and will definitely be back. I cannot recommend Nueva Ola Health and Wellness highly enough. Their services are absolutely 5 star to me. I have visited Michelle for Kinesiology services on 2 occasions for frozen shoulder ( one visit for each shoulder and several months apart) and the issues and pain were immediately overcome. Walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out a fan. Vic took care of me for a massage — really knew what he was doing. The energy and vibe, how knowledgeable the practitioner was, and how relaxed and cared for I felt — that's what got me. Victor is a very good Physio, he knows what muscles to work on , he can pinpoint where issues are strap accordingly or work on the part of the body causing the issue ! If you’re a sportsperson , Victor will keep you moving !. If you're on the fence, just book it.
If you want the best Vic is your man. He has looked after us old hockey blokes for many years and he's hands seem to find the right spot every time
