Tell them to fix their phone line and property website. I can't get past the menu when selecting from the menu. Waiting on the line for a representative doesn't work either, no one answers the phone. Website doesn't work either to get information on property tax.

Went to register a vehicle in Corpus today. After a 40 min wait, was told I could not register it in Nueces County since I lived in Cameron County. I showed the clerk a copy of SB 876, passed in 2022, that allows you to register autos in any county. It did not matter because the tax assessor/collector can refuse. Apparently, Nueces county refuses. This makes handling business for elderly parents that much more complicated.

Let's see if anyone from this office gives a damn and reaches out to me via response to this post: A rare two star due poor customer service that could have been easily avoided. The bureaucracy works, but it can be a needlessly painful process. Went in early for title and registration. P*****a behind the glass keeps forgetting to turn on her microphone. Online property tax credit card payment is tacking on a "convinience fee" of over $70.00. I refuse to pay for their DEI training, pay raises and GOD only knows what other wasteful spending. I didn't vote for these entitled victims running this city.
