Online property tax credit card payment is tacking on a "convinience fee" of over $70.00. I refuse to pay for their DEI training, pay raises and GOD only knows what other wasteful spending. I didn't vote for these entitled victims running this city.
Twenty six dollar convenience fee to pay my taxes on line, GTFOH! We should protest someone is definitely getting some sort of kick back. Who is getting their pockets lined..? Why don't they change their service provider for a better rate?
They know what they are talking about and really help you get stuff done.
Their answering recording goes over and over with what department to connect to but doesn't connect to any department ... what a joke
