0 stars. You have to give it a star to review it. DO NOT purchase from this company. I received a broken product and sent an email requesting a refund (which on their website says money back guaranteed). They emailed me back stating they sent out a replacement. I have now been trying to contact them for 4 days about my refund and they will not answer me. Only giving me tracking # for my replacement which I stated in the first email I DID NOT WANT. They do not read your emails.

Should have read the reviews before my purchase! Bought several cashmere scarves for co-workers which I planned to have monogrammed. The quality is poor, but about what I expected for the price. Several of the scarves had snags in them and two had stains. Not worth the effort to send them back. Lesson learned!
I ordered one item and the receipt confirmation showed two items charged so I cancelled the order within minutes. I have now cancelled the order at least 7 times and they repeatedly ignore my request. They charged my credit card and I told them that I would dispute the charge if they charged it or didn't return my money. I would stay far away from this company. I would not wish this hassle on anyone. Completely unacceptable.
