TLDR: I took home the wrong size jean - Aaron swapped the next day with Zero Fuss. Thank-you Nudie Jeans!! I've been a long time wearer of Nudie Jeans (maybe 5yrs?), and wanted to rate the experience I have had, most notably yesterday when I exchanged sizes with absolutely no fuss at all! I replaced my old pair of Lean Deans (stretch denim) with a pair of Dirty Jacksons (solid, tough denim, but quite unforgiving if it's a size or two too small) - what I didn't realise is that stretch denim can be a size smaller for a tighter... read more

I came to the shop today to buy another pair of jeans, and I was thrilled to see Pong again. As always, he provided excellent service. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my preferences, helping me find the perfect style and length.
Great product and exceptional service. I’m definitely not the core customer, but I felt welcome and the rep (wish I’d caught her name) had me in exactly what I wanted almost immediately. A great fit without hunting through racks and trying on a million styles. Lovely experience!
A massive shout to Paul, who is the Manager here, and the rest of the Nudie Chadstone Team. They make you feel so welcomed and always go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy. I've shopped at multiple Nudie stores over the years and this store is the best by far! Don't bother going to any other store in Melbourne, this one is the best!!!!
