I very rarely leave reviews, but I really felt I needed to recognise the outstanding service I've consistently received at Nudie Jeans Chadstone. Aaron's customer service is genuinely next level. I own five pairs of Nudie jeans, and I wear them almost every day. Working in the construction industry, they certainly get a workout, so every now and then they need some repairs. Aaron and the blonde lady were very helpful and considerate shop assistants. You dont get the customer/worker assistance like these 2 fine specimens delivered to me last week. I would definitely recommend Aaron and the blonde at nudie jeans chadstone,for your next purchase.
TLDR: I took home the wrong size jean - Aaron swapped the next day with Zero Fuss. Thank-you Nudie Jeans!! I've been a long time wearer of Nudie Jeans (maybe 5yrs?), and wanted to rate the experience I have had, most notably yesterday when I exchanged sizes with absolutely no fuss at all! I replaced my old pair of Lean Deans (stretch denim) with a pair of Dirty Jacksons (solid, tough denim, but quite unforgiving if it's a size or two too small) - what I didn't realise is that stretch denim can be a size smaller for a tighter... read more
